Medical and Dental Visits Printable
Today I wanted to share a printable that I made for keeping track of medical and dental visits. Winter has been long and it’s time to do some spring cleaning.
Let’s Get Organized with Medical and Dental Visits Printable
Being organized does not come easy for me, so this past week I found myself doing organizing things. I tend to leave stuff until it really bugs me.
One of the things that really bugs me is having a messy file cabinet. There was stuff piled on top. The drawer where I keep our family files could barely be opened or closed.
Time to get organized, right?
Junk mail usually is the first thing to go, but I had old papers that we didn’t need to keep. I’ve heard that the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time. Doing a little every day is more productive than not doing it at all.
One of the things I realized, however, as I had a file for each person, was that I needed some sort of ready reference sheet.
There has been more than one time that I’ve had to fill out or give information like “When was your last doctor visit?” or I needed to know who we saw for a certain treatment.
I sat down at the computer and quickly made up this Medical and Dental Visits printable that has room to punch for putting in a binder. It could also be added to each person’s file.
I’m all about keeping things simple. Getting all the information for one year on a single sheet shouldn’t be too difficult. We’re a pretty healthy bunch. Plus now everything is in one central location.
Saving printer ink is always on my mind when I create printables. I know people who love lots of colors, but I find simple to be the best. This could totally be printed in black and white or gray-scale.
If this is something you can use for your family. I’ve included a download link. I’d love to hear your comments on this sheet or any other offerings on the blog. It helps me to create things that my blog readers can use for their home and family.
Thanks for stopping by today and have a great day!
