Bedtime Prayers Printable Coloring Pages

I enjoy creating coloring pages. Today I’m sharing a new printable that I’m calling “Bedtime Prayers.” You’ll find the download link to the Bedtime Prayers coloring page below the post.

The text of this page is simple, “Jesus hears me when I pray”, and features little children praying by the bedside. There are a girl and boy versions.

God entrusts parents with the upbringing of their children, and so we teach them about the scriptures. We take them to church and we provide them with Christian education.

We talk about the wonders of the universe that God created when we spend time with our children in nature. Thankfulness for his provision and guidance flows from our lips as we continue to learn about God and his word.

It really is an awesome responsibility when we think about it.

We also teach our children to pray. Jesus hears them when they pray!

There is an old hymn whose first verse echos the words of Matthew 19:14:

Ye parents hear what Jesus taught

When little ones to him were brought:

Forbid them not, but heed My plea

And suffer them (allow them) to come to Me.

Jesus welcomes the little children with open arms and great rejoicing. They are a part of his precious family! He loves to hear their prayers.

So I hope these coloring pages are a blessing as you teach your own children. They can be used by anyone and reprinted without permission. I only ask that you link back to this post when sharing them with others.

I originally started making coloring pages to have on hand when my grandkids were visiting. Sometimes I even like to color them myself with my favorite Arteza colored pencils. Arteza also makes wonderful colored pencils, especially for kids!

Some of these printables have been featured on the blog and a bundle of coloring pages has been my most popular item on Creative Fabrica.

This coloring page will be available in a zipped folder for immediate download. Just click on the green button below.
