Yesterday I was saying “Hello!” to winter with my Echo Park paper pack. Today I did a little twist and decided to make a couple fall (ish) cards. Both are based somewhat on the Mojo Monday 463 sketch from yesterday. I used the Lori Whitlock “The Story of Fall” paper pack by Echo Park for these two cards.
The sunflower card uses a Close to My Heart stamp, Happy to Be Friends (retired). These sunflowers are made from a scalloped circle that I cut out on the Cricut and then cut toward the center. If I had really been thinking, I would have used that dot embossing folder on the center of the flower. Oh well!
The little cows I designed myself and cut them out with my Cricut. I used a Darice embossing folder for the background embossing and a printed sentiment. Have you ever googled “cow puns”? For both cards I did a little inside decorating.
Well that’s it from my little farm in the city. Have a great day and see you next time!
